Can you produce based on drawings or samples?

Yes, we specialize in custom manufacturing from both technical drawings (2D/3D CAD files in STEP, IGES, PDF, or DWG format) and physical samples. Our engineering team can also perform reverse engineering on existing parts. Simply send us your drawings or samples with specifications, and we will provide a detailed quotation.

Can I visit your factory before placing an order?

Absolutely. We welcome factory visits and can arrange tours of our manufacturing facilities. We can also arrange hotel pickup and provide assistance with travel logistics. In a word , we would like to help you with anything during your stay in China.

What‘s your payment terms and do you accept net 60 days?

Our payment terms for mold , smpls & smpls airmail cost is 100% prepaid. For bulk order is 30% prepaid and balance paid before products leave our factory. We never accept net 60 days payment terms as this is too risky for us no matter how big the order is or the customer will place many orders with us.

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Our MOQ varies depending on the product type and manufacturing process. For injection molding, the MOQ is typically 1,000-5,000 pieces depending on part complexity. For CNC machined parts, we accept orders as low as 10 pieces. For wire forming and metal stamping, trial orders of 500-1,000 pieces are welcome. Contact us with your specific requirements for an accurate MOQ quotation.

What is your typical lead time?

Sample lead time is typically 7-35 working days depending on the manufacturing process. Mass production lead time ranges from 15-30 working days after sample approval, depending on order quantity and product complexity. For standard fasteners and wire rope products in stock, we can ship within 3-5 working days. We always provide a confirmed delivery schedule with every order.

Do you support mixed orders with different products?

Yes, we support mixed orders across our different product categories. With 8 manufacturing categories and 4 factories, we can consolidate multiple product types into a single shipment, reducing your procurement complexity and logistics costs. Many of our customers order injection molded parts, metal stamped components, and fasteners together in combined shipments.
